Hand over the work that keeps following you home. Business process outsourcing for Australian businesses, with clear responsibilities, agreed quality checks and a written quote.
Free initial fit review. Written quote before payment.
Start with one process. Build from there.
The workday ends. The list doesn’t.
The quote after dinner. The invoice you meant to chase. The enquiry still waiting for a reply.
When everything comes back to you, even a good business can feel hard to leave. Start with one recurring piece of work. Give it a clear process, a clear owner and a way to check it’s done.
Tenfold helps define and manage that handover. You keep the business decisions. We agree who handles the work, what needs your approval and when an exception comes back to you.
One process. Off your plate.
These are starting points for a conversation, not pre-packaged promises. We check the tools, access and delivery requirements before quoting.

A little clarity. A different working day.
You don’t need a job description to begin. Tell us what happens today, and what you’d like to change.
Understand the work.
Share the process, the volume and the result you need. We check fit, tools, access and delivery options.
Agree the plan.
Review the deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, timing and written quote. Decide before you commit.
Start small. Review it.
Begin with a scoped setup or trial. Review the agreed work, then choose whether a separately priced ongoing service makes sense.

First, a clear scope. Then, a clear price.
A workflow setup and a service that runs every week need different scopes. We quote setup or trial work first, then price ongoing delivery around volume, complexity, coverage and service standards.
YOUR FIRST PROCESS
One bottleneck. A defined finish line.
Start with something useful and contained. Your budget helps us assess what is realistic; it isn’t a commitment to spend.
Deliverables, exclusions and review criteria in writing
Total price, GST and payment schedule shown in the quote
No automatic subscription after your setup or trial
Sending a brief is free. It does not reserve capacity or start paid work. We confirm feasibility and the proposed schedule before you accept.
WHEN THE WORK IS CLEAR
Scope it. Price it. Deliver it.
We prepare a project proposal for a defined result. You can accept, ask questions or leave it there.
WHEN IT NEEDS INVESTIGATION
Make discovery worth paying for.
If a reliable quote needs deeper investigation, we offer a separately priced discovery with its own useful output, such as a workflow map and implementation specification. You approve that first.
WHEN THERE’S MORE TO DO
Keep the progress going.
Choose ongoing business process outsourcing with agreed responsibilities, volumes, service hours and reporting. Your proposal sets out the recurring fee, excess-volume rules, review points and exit terms.
ILLUSTRATIVE PROCESS · NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY
“Our enquiries come in. Our follow-ups fall through.”
A useful brief names a problem you can observe. The scope below is an example of how we would define a finish line, subject to your systems and access.
A possible scope
Map one enquiry source and the current follow-up process.
Set up an agreed queue, ownership rules and follow-up steps for one enquiry source.
Trial the agreed handling process against sample scenarios and document the handover.
How you would review it
Each agreed test enquiry reaches the correct queue, has an owner and shows its next action. A trial review can track completed follow-ups, turnaround and exceptions against the agreed targets. Your team receives the operating guide.
New software subscriptions, historic data clean-up, additional integrations and ongoing operation would be separately scoped. We do not promise increased sales from a workflow alone.
Before you say hello.
What does business process outsourcing mean here?+
You hand over an agreed process for Tenfold to organise and manage within a defined scope. We start with a setup or trial, then agree any ongoing service. You retain business decisions and approvals; the service plan defines execution, quality checks and escalations.
Why aren’t there monthly prices?+
The fee depends on process volume, complexity, service hours and quality requirements. We separate setup or trial costs from any recurring service fee in the quote. Sending a brief and the initial fit review are free.
Where is the delivery team?+
We assess overseas delivery options against your requirements rather than make one country the default. India, the Philippines or another suitable location may be considered, subject to capability and availability. Your proposal confirms the actual location, service hours, access arrangements and Tenfold contact before you commit.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?+
Describe what happens today and what you want to change. We use the initial review to assess fit. If substantial investigation is needed, we explain the deliverable and price for a separate discovery before asking you to commit.
When do I pay, and when does work start?+
After you accept a written scope, we issue the agreed invoice. Work starts once the required payment is verified, client inputs are ready and a start date is confirmed. Payment stages, revisions, cancellation and support terms belong in your proposal.
Will you need access to our systems?+
Possibly. We agree the tools, permissions, data handling and access removal arrangements for the scope before delivery. Please don’t put passwords or sensitive customer information in your initial enquiry.
Can you guarantee a result or savings?+
We commit to the deliverables and review criteria in the agreed scope. Revenue, savings and business performance depend on factors beyond the project. We won’t promise a return we haven’t established.

Free initial fit review. No payment or commitment on this form.
The Tenfold Talent team uses the details you submit to assess your requirement and respond. Your brief is stored privately on our hosting service and forwarded to the team through our enquiry email system. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to marketing or start paid work.
The AI enquiry assistant sends your chat messages to OpenAI to generate replies. Messages are held in a private hosting queue and normally cleared within 10 minutes by the running worker; your browser keeps the conversation only while this page remains open. OpenAI also handles data under its applicable service policies. Chatting does not create a booking, quote or enquiry. Complete the visible brief alongside the chat, review your requirements and contact details, then explicitly send them to the team. Submitted briefs are stored privately and forwarded through our enquiry email system; they are retained separately from the temporary chat queue. Contact details entered in the brief form are not sent to the AI. WhatsApp is a separate optional service; you choose what to send there.
Please include only the business context needed for an initial discussion. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer records. For a question about an earlier enquiry, use this form and include its reference if available.
